Profitability: Win rate alone does not decide profitability. It depends on reward-to-risk, fees, funding, slippage, and discipline. As a quick rule: at 1:1 reward-to-risk the break-even win rate is 50%; at 1.5:1 it is 40%; at 2:1 it is 33.3%. Real break-even is slightly higher after trading costs.
